Emus Home Services is a home services company based in the Kotka region, with more than 20 years of experience, offering personal assistance, home hospital care and home care and cleaning services to customers of all ages.
The aim was to update the company's visual appearance and website to meet modern requirements and strengthen the brand image as a reliable and approachable service provider. We implemented a comprehensive brand overhaul and website modernization, which together support Emus' values and business goals. In addition, we trained Emus staff to update the website so that the content management could be managed smoothly without technical expertise and the website would remain up-to-date in everyday life effortlessly in the future.
Branding
The new brand look reinforces Emus's position as a reliable and approachable service provider.
The aim of the brand reform was to brighten the visual identity of Emus. The company's original logo was wanted to be retained to ensure identification. The revamp developed typography, colour scheme and illustration style that now reflect Emus values: reliability, stability and approachability. The visual look was designed to support the company's communication and marketing across different channels, ensuring a cohesive and professional brand experience. All selections were made with the wishes and goals of the customer in mind, and the renewed brand look was implemented throughout, including on the website.

A modern, customer-serving and agile website for a company providing home care services
Baseline Emus's website suffered from an outdated interface and a deficient visual line that did not support the company's desired brand image. The user experience of the site did not meet the expectations of the target audience, and the site's role in customer acquisition remained subdued. The discoverability of services, clarity of communication and accessibility of the site needed clear improvements.

Collaboration launched at the start meeting, where we delved deeper into Emus' goals, values and customer focus groups. The goal was to build a website that combines user-friendliness, accessibility, and visual credibility in a cost-effective manner.
We designed and built the new web service in stages, while seamlessly integrating the elements of brand reform — typography, color scheme and image world — into the site structure.
Accessibility features were added to the site, such as search functionality, text magnification and responsive design to take mobile users into account. In addition, we trained Emus staff to maintain the site independently, which will allow us to update content nimbly even in the future.
As a final result A clear, reflective brand values, technologically up to date and effectively supporting the business was created, which intuitively guides the visitor to the services and supports decision-making throughout the purchase path.
As an additional service, advertising flyer, print advertising and Google marketing
As part of the brand overhaul, Creative Code designed an advertising flyer and print ad for Emus that follow the new visual look and communicate the company's services in a clear and attractive way. In addition, Emus has been implemented Google-search engine advertising using Google's own Google Adsservice. This entity supports Emus's marketing and customer acquisition in local media and events.
With the reform, Emus Home Services has strengthened its position as a reliable and customer-oriented provider of home services in the Kotka region. A modern website and a unified brand look support the company's growth and visibility with competition in the industry.
