Frontline Forum Ltd.

When it all started from zero — and grew into a socially impactful digital entity.

Summary

A social enterprise, Frontline Forum was an entirely new actor, aiming to spark internationally relevant debate on the directions of climate, democracy and the future of society. They lacked a clear name, brand identity and digital visibility.

Creative Code has responded comprehensively to Frontline Forum on building digital visibility and brand from the ground up. We designed and implemented websites whose visuality and usability support impactful communication in accordance with the objective in an impartial manner.

Our cooperation has also included the creation of a brand book, continuous content production for social media and email marketing as well as website maintenance, event marketing and support of strategic partnership acquisition. In addition, we have utilized QR code technology to enable easy and multi-channel sharing of content. The collaboration will continue — and grow the brand in the long term.

The results? An impressive brand to support the company's socially significant work.

Branding

Strategic objectives at the heart of the brand

We started by delving deeper into the client's strategic goals and clarifying the core of the brand: why they exist, who they talk to, and how. Based on this, we built an impressive and bold brand identity as well as a visual look that was stored inside the covers of the new brand book.

As a final result

The brand was launched on schedule and its digital presence supports strategic goals. Frontline Forum gained access to a clear structure and visual world to support brand growth. Close cooperation, constant interaction and a close human way of doing things brought the project to a successful conclusion.

Websites

A website that serves the customer's communicative and functional objectives

The goal of the Frontline Forum website was to build a user-friendly (UX) and visually strong (UI) website entity that supports the brand, grows its credibility, and guides the target audience to familiarize themselves with the action and participate in the discussion.

With user experience and accessibility in mind, the structure and navigation of the Website were designed to be intuitive to make it easy for different target groups — media, event goers and decision-makers — to find relevant content for them. The focus was on clarity, fast data discoverability and a mobile-optimized user experience without forgetting accessibility standards (WCAG).

Website was built Webflowpublishing platform. With an international target audience, fast loading times around the world are essential for the site. Chassis Amazon Web Services With the help of servers, this is possible. We utilized WebFlow's content management system (CMS) in the form of blogs. With visual editing, even larger changes to the site occur at the turn of the hand.

At the same time, the content structure and technical implementation were designed to be search engine friendly (SEO) based on keyword research. In addition, we created internal linking and redirected relevant back-links from partner networks, supporting site authority, search engine visibility and discoverability.

The current site effectively supports Frontline Forum's societal mission by providing accessible, mobile-optimized and easy-to-navigate content for media representatives, policy makers and other key stakeholders.

Social Media

— Impressive visibility and engaged audience

Frontline Forum's social media channels were strategically built from the beginning to support the company's goals. After analyzing the behavior of our followers, we decided to effectively focus resources on the channels where the target audience is most active -- Instagram and LinkedIn.

During the collaboration, we implemented a comprehensive social media strategy, active content production and channel management, ensuring that each publication supports the values and communication goals of Frontline Forum.

The results speak for themselves: the following has grown organically from zero to more than a thousand users, and the company's digital presence has strengthened significantly. The increasing visibility of the channels has helped Frontline Forum engage its target audience and strengthen its position as a social influencer.

Photo and video production

Impressive content with comprehensive event production

Creative Code has been responsible for the visual content creation of Frontline Forum from the beginning, implementing all event photography and continuous production of image and video material that builds brand presence and persuasiveness.

The filming of the event has been done with a documentary approach, with emphasis on atmosphere, speakers and audience. The filming has utilized multi-camera technology, stabilizers and static shots. High-quality still images support event aftermarketing, communication to the media, both website and social media content.

For video productions has included expert interviews, teaser videos, event summaries and long-form recordings of panel discussions. The productions are designed optimised for social media platforms, taking into account distribution requirements (e.g. format, length, subtitles).

For the events, we used light moving equipment, lighting solutions that support natural light and separate sound recording to maintain both technical quality and atmosphere in the final result. In the process of cutting, attention was paid to rhythm, situational feel and story-telling.

As a result

Frontline Forum now has a vast, visually cohesive media bank at their disposal to support their communications strategy across all channels. Visual content serves not only as documentation, but also as an influencer, evoking emotions and inviting dialogue.

From the beginning of the collaboration, it has been clear that the guys at Creative Code have understood what we want to be. It is all reflected and is now strongly reflected in our brand; websites, social media, event marketing and videos. I especially appreciate their way of listening, thinking together with us and reacting in a rapidly changing environment. Working with Creative Code has been uncomplicated, creative and, above all, impressive.
