Summary
The cooperation with Suvanto ry was initiated by the need to strengthen the organization's communicative look and digital accessibility in a cost-effective manner. The project, which initially started as a light upgrade of the website's look, gradually expanded into a more comprehensive overhaul, with the creation of a completely new, clear and user-friendly web service Webflowplatform. The reform was more in line with the organisation's brand and the needs of different target groups.
Alongside the website, Suvanto's social media presence was also developed in a planned manner. New channels and a precisely targeted content strategy enabled significant increases in visibility and interaction with even a small investment. In addition, social media training was organized for the organization, which now allows the staff to maintain the channels on their own. The collaboration has also extended to campaign content and advertising in support of fundraising. Thanks to these measures, Suvanto ry has strengthened its position in the field of awareness, trust and effective communication — both online and in social discussion.

Budget-precise working - from a light look upgrade to support fundraising
The development of Suvanto ry's website was started in a controlled and cost-effective manner with a light brightening of the look. The first phase focused on visual refinement of the site, which included, among other things, relayout of content as well as visual clarification of navigation drop-down menus. These changes made the user experience smoother, and at the same time the look of the website was updated to better reflect the goals of the organization and the expectations of the target audience — at no great cost. A light revamp enabled the website to better serve fundraising needs at an early stage as well.

A more comprehensive update brought with it a clear, customer-looking website that speaks to the target groups, sugantoryfi.
As the client's budget expanded, it was decided to implement a comprehensive site overhaul. The old and time-consuming chassis was replaced by a modern and agile Webflowpublishing platform that enables a visually rich and easy to maintain website. The structure of the site was redesigned in a user-centric way, with its navigation built to be clear, accessible, and serve target groups. With the reform, the artwork was also updated in line with the brand look, which strengthened Suvanto's recognizability and the effectiveness of communication among various stakeholders.

As an additional service: Support for fundraising and visibility
In parallel with the website reform, additional services with a campaign impact were also implemented. In support of Suvanto ry's fundraising, targeted social media advertising was planned and implemented, visually consistent promotional materials were created for the campaign, and a separate campaign page was built that strengthened the transparency of communication and trust among donors. Through these measures, the organization's digital visibility and donor path improved significantly — cost-effectively and in support of the brand's core messages.

Social Media
Strategic development and strengthening of social media
The customer already had only a Facebook account, with irregular activity and a lack of a clear line on content production. Although updating was sporadic, the following had grown reasonably over time.
The takeover of social media thus began with the definition of a social media strategy and goals. Facebook profile was created in addition to Instagram- and LinkedIn profiles. The content strategy for these channels was designed and executed on a small budget, but precisely targeted.
Systematic social media production has strengthened visibility and awareness and increased awareness among target groups about Suvanto's activities. With minimal, but regular, interventions, the reach of social channels has increased significantly.

In addition to increased visibility, interaction with both followers and others in the organizational field has increased, strengthening Suvanto's position as a reliable and knowledgeable player. This planned and sustained approach has played a key role in achieving the objectives of communication. During the cooperation, the customer has significantly increased its number of customers.
We also organized social media training for the client, which allows the association's employees to produce their own content and support the growth of channels. Today, the client independently maintains social media channels, and Creative Code supports the creation of current campaigns.
The interest generated through professional and carefully planned marketing efforts has not only remained in the event, but has increased the interest of our association in general. We are extremely pleased with the cooperation and grateful to the company for the work done for our association.

This holistic event production included everything from brainstorming and planning to the practical implementation of the event. We created a visual appearance for the event, as well as designed and implemented social media marketing for the event.
