Saara-Elina, a self-employed entrepreneur, coach and excitement speaker, already reached her audience through LinkedIn, Google and recommendations. Visibility worked.

But, when the goal was to get in touch regularly, the websites no longer supported the growth. And the site did not yet convey the feeling that is at the heart of Saara-Elina's work: a gentle, calm and approachable way of encountering a person who thrills.

We saw that it was not only visual refresh but also conversion optimisation, customer path and how websites can act as a confidence builder. In addition, we heard Saara-Elina's wish to have a website that also reflects her personality.

Websites did not support passive customer acquisition

The site lacked clear navigation and a contact form. The hierarchy of content was ambiguous, and the textual emphasis made the whole thing heavy to perceive.

The podcast, a key part of Saara-Elina's expert brand, was hidden. It did not serve as a low-threshold entry for the thrill-seeker who wants to explore Saara-Elina and the services in peace before contacting.

Visual contrast and accessibility also did not support a clear reading experience. Services did not form a coherent whole and the customer path was not clear. Contacts were not limited because of a lack of interest, but rather because the next step was not sufficiently visible and easy.

As a solution, a web site that makes finding and contacting expertise effortless

We set out with a feeling: security and peaceful progress. We designed a website structure in which navigation logically leads forward and the service path is easy to understand.

The visual identity was redesigned to support the brand: the contrast of yellow and deep green, gentle animations and carefully executed accessibility create a serene yet vibrant and memorable ensemble.
At the same time, we implemented an easy-to-use, drag-and-drop type website solution that supports the sales tunnel and scales as the business grows.

Implying more clarity and contacts

The entity supports conversion through a clear content hierarchy and an intuitive user interface. The visitor advances on the site effortlessly, and the contact threshold is naturally lowered. The site structure and search engine optimization (SEO) were implemented to support discoverability in search engines and AI searches, thus strengthening digital visibility in the long term. Services, content and visual solutions form a cohesive experience that inspires confidence and makes the brand recognizable.
